Dr. Tim Stecher has been active in clinical chiropractic practice for 25 years throughout the Portland metro area. He moved to Portland from Southern California to attend University of Western States after earning a BS in biological sciences from the University of California, Irvine. He received his diplomate from the American Board of Chiropractic Radiology in 1999, finished the course work for the chiropractic orthopedics diplomate specialization during his residency, and became a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician in 2001.
Dr. Tim has been on the faculty in the Clinical Sciences department at University of Western States since 2001 and taught at the National College of Natural Medicine for 13 years. Besides his professional and academic interests, Dr. Tim finds time to relax with his wife and two children. He also enjoys being active — running, cycling, hiking, and camping — and has competed in the Seattle-to-Portland bike ride, Hood to Coast relays, and numerous marathons, ultra-marathons, and shorter distance races.
