Personalized nutrition and botanical medicine are central pillars of his practice, which he regards as the roots that true health can branch from. Fascination with the traditional sagacity of herbal medicine led Scott to do research investigating indigenous medicinal herbs in Cuba and Guatemala, where he learned about the true economic power of plants.
